How to measure
Use a measuring tape over light clothing and keep it straight without pulling tight.
- ChestAround the fullest part of your chest, just below the armpits.
- Waist and hipsWaist at belly button level. Hips at the fullest part, with feet together.
- InseamFrom crotch to floor, barefoot, with legs slightly apart.
- FootFrom heel to the tip of your longest toe, standing, ideally at the end of the day.

This is the most common conversion. Every brand has its own fit, so the size that counts is the one on the label, shown in each item's name.
Cycling, compression and neopreneThese items are designed to fit snugly. If you are between two sizes, ask for the item's measurements before buying.
FootwearThe size in the item's name comes from the brand's label, which may be Brazilian, European (EU), US or in centimeters. Measure your foot and ask for the insole length.
